All estimates are retrieved fast and easy with one click from a project list. Estimator contains separate screens for the estimate summary, quotes, equipment and the takeoff. Quotes and equipment prices are stored with pricing markup for each item. Labor rates, overhead percentages, sales tax and profit percentages are entered automatically. Takeoff items are entered on separate estimate sheets on the takeoff screen either manually or from an item list comprised of unlimited lists of estimating items. Item can be entered manually, imported or entered as you estimate. Estimator offers a versatile uncomplicated estimating program at a very low price.
